Toute chirurgie n’est pas sans risque, surtout en matière de saignement et de thrombose. La gestion des médicaments avant et après une chirurgie est donc primordiale, particulièrement chez les patients sous anticoagulant pour qui ces risques sont déjà plus élevés.
